What Are the Steps to Get Home Care?
Step-1
Call or text us at (425) 588-1456 or email us at info@proactive-healthcare-staffing-c44346.ingress-earth.ewp.live to schedule an initial onboarding call. During this call we will:
– Discuss your care needs
– Discuss pricing and care options we can provide
– Discuss your desired schedule
– Address any other concerns
Step-2
After the initial call is done and a contract is signed outlining the care to be provided, we will schedule an in-home assessment. One of our Registered Nurses will come to your home and perform a detailed medical assessment of needs, and assemble a rigorous care plan to be followed by the caregivers.
Step-3
Once the care plan is complete, we will assign caregivers to begin coming to your home, according to your desired schedule. They will follow the care plan created earlier. Selected for our Expertise, Valued for our Compassion.
